Formerly with Morgan Stanley & upscale retailer Nordstrom, Scott’s real estate and business investment portfolio allowed him to retire from the traditional workforce in 2000.
Scott is a multi-disciplined professional, with broad expertise in nearly all aspects of real estate investments, mass audience communication, & global financial markets. Since 2003, Scott has lectured on investing to audiences around the globe, including Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, The Middle East, The USA & Canada.
In addition to 30+ years of flipping RE, Scott’s current RE Portfolio includes, Single Family Residential, Multi-Family Apartments, a Water Company & nearly 1000 Storage Units. A gutsy and forward-thinking angel investor, Scott's business investments include Drug & Alcohol Treatment Center (Breathe / W Hollywood, CA), Software (Tovuti LMS), Sports (Sting Ray Robb - Indy Car Driver), and various additional businesses, including brick and mortar retail and manufacturing.
